CoPlan is an integrated AI agent that helps you manage your scheduling rules, update conditions for you, calculate impacts, and suggest smart improvements.

The difference between CoPlan and our other AI models
At Royal Schedule, we have worked with AI for a long time. Previously, we had two AI models that analyzed and generated your schedule. With CoPlan, rule handling and the setup of the base data also become smoother.
Our AI models:
- Royal Schedule's AI generation: Our original model that generates an optimized schedule based on your data. Its development is based on one of the founders' doctoral research in theoretical physics at KTH.
- Data analysis: An in-depth analysis of the source data so you can understand, with visual graphs and reports, what can be adjusted and improved in the schedule.
- CoPlan: A new way to work with rules. With an LLM, such as ChatGPT, you can write exactly how you want the schedule to work and update your conditions accordingly.
All models work together, and CoPlan becomes the layer you can talk to easily, one that interprets your needs and explains clearly what you can do.
